Does Huntington Health Physicians participate in Covered California (California’s health insurance exchange)?

Yes. Huntington Health Physicians is participating in the California health insurance exchange through Anthem Blue Cross (PPO and EPO), Blue Shield of California (PPO) and Health Net (PPO) plans. We are also participating in LA Care HMO through Optum (non Medi-Cal plans only). By selecting one of these plans, you’ll be able to access our medical group physicians.

Does Huntington Health Physicians take my type of insurance?

Huntington Health Physicians accepts most PPO, Optum Care Network-Pasadena HMO, Medicare, Medi-Cal (non-HMO) and TriCare insurance plans. We do not accept Private HealthCare Systems (PHCS). Click here to see a list of the major health plans that we accept. What are my Medicare coverage options?

To help beneficiaries and their caregivers understand their Medicare options, we host informational events (in-person and virtually) throughout the year, especially during the Annual Election Period (AEP), October 15 – December 7. Does Huntington Health Physicians accept Medi-Cal?

Yes, Huntington Health Physicians accepts Medi-Cal (non-HMO health plans). We do not accept Medi-Cal HMO plans such as Molina or LA Care.

Are any Huntington Health Physicians doctors accepting new patients?

Yes! If you are a prospective patient, please call us at (626) 397-8368 to speak with our staff for a referral to a physician currently accepting new patients. We are also currently accepting new patients through Telehealth services.

I received a billing statement from Huntington Health Physicians and I have questions. Whom can I call?

For any questions or issues regarding your Huntington Health Physicians billing statement, please call our Customer Service Department at (626) 397-8335. Representatives are available to take your call Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

How do I pay the bill I received?

For your convenience, you can pay your bill online, by phone, by mail, or by visiting one of our office locations. Cash, check or credit card payments can be made at any of our office locations. Check or credit card payments can be mailed to us at:
