No Cost Medicare Guidance

Are you turning 65 this year? Are you over 65 and considering retirement? Connect with a trusted, licensed independent insurance agent for support, at no cost to you, ever. There are two ways to connect with an agent to get the support you need:

1. Schedule a Private Meeting with an Agent

A licensed independent insurance agent can connect with you privately to provide education and compare plans based on your health conditions, doctors, specialists, prescription drugs, budget, and lifestyle. There is never a cost for their services nor an obligation to enroll in any plan presented. 2. Attend a Free Medicare Meeting

These 1-hour meetings, hosted by an agent, are geared towards new beneficiaries and those that want a better understanding of the Medicare program. Topics include a review of the various parts of Medicare, supplemental support, enrollment periods, deadlines, and low-income support. Bring your questions and concerns, and our knowledgeable agents will do their best to sort it all out for you. Upcoming dates will be posted soon to our online Classes & Events Calendar.

Given the current state of the pandemic, all meetings will be hosted online, via Zoom. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain a Zoom link to connect with us on the date and time you selected.

Accepted Health Plans

We accept original Medicare as well as Medicare Advantage plans and supplemental plans offered by most of the major carriers. For a complete list of accepted plans, please visit our Accepted Health Plans page.

It’s time to get your annual flu vaccine. The CDC recommends nearly everyone 6 months and older get vaccinated every year. Additionally, it is our philosophical belief that vaccinations are the single-most important health promoting intervention for the prevention of serious illness, including influenza.

This year, receiving your flu vaccine not only provides you and those around you with effective protection, but it also allows our healthcare system to continue the relentless fight against COVID-19 by reducing flu-related hospitalizations. We strongly encourage you to get vaccinated.

You have several options to receive your flu vaccine each year. We encourage you to get vaccinated as soon as possible through any of the following options.

In-Office Visit

We have begun to administer the flu vaccine in-office at our adult medicine and pediatric offices. If you already have an in-office appointment scheduled for another health issue, we can administer the flu vaccine that day. Otherwise, please call your doctor’s office to schedule an appointment to get the flu vaccine.

Local Flu Clinics

Many local healthcare organizations will be hosting free flu clinics, including Huntington Hospital. See scheduled dates, times, and locations below. No reservation or appointment is required.

Please note, should you elect to receive your flu vaccine outside of our offices, please inform doctor’s office promptly of WHEN and WHERE you received it; this will ensure your vaccination records are up to date. We appreciate your compliance with this request.

Your Local Pharmacy

If you cannot be accommodated through the above options in a reasonable amount of time, we ask that you consider checking with your local pharmacy for availability. Again, receiving your flu vaccination as soon as possible is most important. We encourage you to explore all available options.
