How can I register for myHuntingtonHealth?
When you register for your stay as a patient you will be invited to create a myHuntingtonHealth account. You will be asked to provide an email address and the answer to a security question. An email will be sent to the address you provided with a link inviting you to join myHuntingtonHealth. Simply click on the link and follow the steps to register for an account.
Why do I need to register in person?
We are committed to ensuring your medical information is protected. We will only be registering in person to ensure that this commitment is upheld.
Is myHuntingtonHealth secure?
We take great care to ensure that your health information is private and secure. Access to health information is provided after your identity is verified at registration and can only be accessed by your email address or user name and the personalized password that you choose.
myHuntingtonHealth is fully compliant with state and federal laws pertaining to your privacy. Your account information will be treated with the same care and privacy given to your health records.
Is there a fee for using myHuntingtonHealth?
No, myHuntingtonHealth is a free service offered to our patients.
Is my entire health history included in myHuntingtonHealth?
No. Some of the more commonly requested results for services provided at Huntington Hospital are available through your myHuntingtonHealth account. The medical history presented on myHuntingtonHealth will only back as far as beginning March 1, 2014, the date of the initial launch.
What if I want to access my health information prior to March 1, 2014?

What information can I access on myHuntingtonHealth?
Some of the more commonly requested results and documents from your stay at Huntington Hospital are available to securely view, print, download or share with your provider. These include certain lab results, current medications, immunizations, allergies, discharge instructions, and educational material. Sensitive results and documents (such as HIV and reproductive tests) are not included.
Why is certain health information not available on myHuntingtonHealth?
Some results and documents are considered more sensitive in nature than others. As such, we believe these are better discussed with your physician.
Am I eligible to sign up for myHuntingtonHealth?
Anybody who has been a patient of Huntington Hospital on or after March 1st, 2014 is eligible for an account on myHuntingtonHealth.
What information do I need to register for myHuntingtonHealth?
It’s simple! You will need your email address. You will also be asked to select a security question that will be used when you activate your account.
Can I access health records for my family members?
It will depend on whether or not that family member consents to you doing so. It is possible to have multiple myHuntingtonHealth profiles linked to one email address. Please ask someone during your registration for additional information.
What devices can I use to access myHuntingtonHealth?
You can access myHuntingtonHealth on any device that has access to the internet. Devices with larger screens (ex: Personal Computer, Laptop, Tablet) are recommended for a better user experience.
When can I sign into myHuntingtonHealth?
myHuntingtonHealth is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s real-time access, on your time.
Is my health record immediately available?
Information is typically available in myHuntingtonHealth within 36 hours.
What should I do if I see a lab result, or something else in my record, that I have questions about?
Please contact your physician for questions regarding your results and all other health related questions.
Can I email my physician through myHuntingtonHealth?
At this time that feature is not available on myHuntingtonHealth. This may change in the future.
Can I use regular email to send my record to my provider?
No, please do not email your records to your provider. Email is not a secure means of transferring health information.
Huntington Ambulatory Care Clinic special functionality
Patients of Huntington Ambulatory Care Clinic (HACC) have expanded capabilities within myHuntingtonHealth, such as the ability to view, cancel or request appointments – as well as request prescription refills.
What if I forgot my user ID?
You can also sign in with the email address that was provided at registration.
What if I forgot my password?
Click on the “forgot password” link on the sign in page. At the prompt, provide your email address or user login and type the series of letters and numbers that you see. You will then receive an email.
Why was I logged out of myHuntingtonHealth?
The privacy and security of your information is extremely important to us. If your session is inactive for 15 minutes or more, you will be automatically logged out. We recommend that you sign out of your health record if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
If I believe that my health information is incorrect, who do I contact?
Please contact the Huntington Hospital Medical Records department at (626) 397-5052. The Medical Records department will work with you and your physician to ensure that your health record is accurate.
