We recommend couples sign up for classes by the fifth month and begin attending classes by the seventh month of pregnancy. All couples should complete classes one month prior to the baby’s due date.

Expectant mothers and fathers learn about nursing positions, attachment, milk supply and how to know the baby is getting enough.

CPR class is for parents and caregivers of infants and children. It teaches CPR, obstructed airway procedures for infants and children and discusses safety issues.

Baby and Me

This fun class includes song-time with baby, parachute play, and bubble-time. There is group discussion on a wide variety of baby and parent-related topics. The baby should be between the ages of 8 weeks and 9 months to participate in this class.

Breastfeeding Support Group

The Breastfeeding Support Group is a weekly support group open to nursing or pumping mothers and babies (adult family members may occasionally attend). These meetings allow you to track your baby’s weight and discuss issues related to breastfeeding. The meeting is facilitated by a board-certified lactation consultant.

  • We must receive your cancellation request in writing, 72 hours before a given class is scheduled to begin to issue a refund. If you’re registered for a two-class series, the cancellation must be received 72 hours before the first class in the series.
  • If you are rescheduling, please cancel the original class selection in writing and sign up for a new class selection online.
  • Please note: There is a $10.00 administrative fee for each class cancelled, rescheduled or changed to another date. No refunds are given after the date of a class.
