Breast cancer is not completely preventable, but by living a healthy lifestyle, your risk can be significantly reduced.

A few healthy recommendations for all women to keep in mind:

  • Don’t smoke
  • Eat a healthy diet
  • Limit your alcohol consumption
  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Perform monthly breast self exams
  • Stay physically active
