Outpatient Services

We provide partial hospitalization and outpatient programs to help individuals transition from the hospital to home, or to avoid hospitalization. Individuals will learn how to deal with their illnesses problem solving with individual counseling and working together in group therapy.

Your care is provided in an environment that respects the individuals and supports his/her strengths and identified goals. Patients are included in their individualized treatment plan. Personal needs are assessed and reassessed by a multidisciplinary team including physician, psychiatric nurses, psychotherapist, rehabilitation therapist and chemical dependency counselors.
