Quality & Public Reporting at Huntington Hospital.
We strive to provide compassionate community care with the very best clinical
practices and a personal touch. We are proud to report our results via
our Annual Reports, industry and watchdog group ratings, and to provide
information about our community impact in our Community Benefits Report.
Quality reporting.
We are committed to providing our patients with the best quality of care
and outcomes. We follow a comprehensive program that ensures quality in
every part of our hospital, we are dedicated to transparency, and we are
constantly working to refine and improve our process. We understand there
are many resources that rate hospitals and healthcare, so we have provided
access to the leading rating organizations so you can research and make
the best decisions for yourself and your family.
Accreditations and awards.
Accreditations and awards are an important reflection of our work and impact
on patients and our communities, and we are proud to share the following
designations.
We encourage you to read about our 16 additional service line accreditations
and patient experience awards on our
Awards page.
As the first hospital in the San Gabriel Valley to achieve this highest
honor in American nursing, we joined just 6 percent of the national’s
hospitals. We have subsequently been Magnet re-designated.
The nation’s standards setting and accrediting body has awarded us
hospital-wide accreditation.
Annual reporting.
Our annual reports allow us to highlight our successes, provide updates
on new initiatives, recognize community partners, and share our financials
with the community.

Community Benefits report.
Building on our legacy as a vital institution that has served the community
for over 125 years, each year we proudly report our community benefit
to the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development.
The economic value of community benefits we provide in the form of vital
health screenings, services and education averages $101 million annually.
We publish a Community Benefits Plan annually.
This annual plan provides an overview of our Community Benefit mission
and objectives, the community we serve and our programs and services available
to the community.
This report is undertaken every three years, and gives us the opportunity
to evaluate the needs of the community we serve and inform our Community
Benefits Plan.
Community Calendar of Events
We publish and mail a Quarterly Calendar of Events to keep our community informed.
