Desiree Borden

Desiree Borden, Pharm.D. - PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Desiree Borden was raised in Yorba Linda, California. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include oncology and cardiology. Outside of pharmacy, Desiree enjoys spending time with family, watching Dodgers games, and listening to music and dancing.

Merry Sanders

Merry Sanders, Pharm.D. - PGY1 Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Merry Sanders is from Arcadia, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Occidental College and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. Her professional interests include emergency medicine and critical care. Outside of pharmacy, she likes to spend time with family and friends, travel, adventure through Disneyland, and participate in water sports such as water polo, swimming, and springboard diving.

Christine Lee

Christine J. Lee, Pharm.D. - PGY2 Emergency Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Christine Lee was raised in Walnut, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California and went on to purse her Doctor of Pharmacy at the USC School of Pharmacy. Her current professional interests include emergency medicine and cardiology. Outside of pharmacy, Christine enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs, playing badminton, and watching Korean dramas.

Karen Tan

Karen Tan, Pharm.D. - PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Karen Tan is originally from Diamond Bar, CA. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern California. She went on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Veterans Affairs Long Beach Healthcare System. Her professional interests include multi-drug resistant bacteria and the host-immune response to bacterial infections. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, trying new food, and hiking.
