Christine J. Lee, Pharm.D. - PGY1 Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Christine Lee was raised in Walnut, California. She earned her Bachelor
of Arts degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California
and went on to purse her Doctor of Pharmacy at the USC School of Pharmacy.
Her current professional interests include emergency medicine and cardiology.
Outside of pharmacy, Christine enjoys spending time with family, friends,
and her dogs, playing badminton, and watching Korean dramas.

Mira Zurayk, Pharm.D. - PGY1 Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Mira Zurayk is originally from Granada Hills, California. She received
her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science from the University of
California, Los Angeles and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University
of California, San Diego. Her professional interests include infectious
disease, internal medicine, and teaching. Outside of pharmacy, she likes
to spend time with friends and family, go on adventures, listen to music,
read the Harry Potter books, and try new kinds of desserts.

Sarah Jorgensen, Pharm.D. - PGY2 Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Sarah Jorgensen is originally from Victoria, BC, Canada. She received
a Bachelor of Science degree, Major Mathematics and a Bachelor of Pharmacy
degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC. She went
on to complete her Pharm. D degree at the University of Florida, Gainesville,
FL. Sarah completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Tallahassee Memorial
Hospital in Tallahassee, Fl. Her professional interests include multi-drug
resistant gram-negative infections and infections in immunocompromised
patients. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, hiking and listening
to live music.

Kirk Nielsen, Pharm.D. - PGY2 Emergency Medicine Pharmacy Resident
Dr. Kirk Nielsen is originally from Redding, California. He received his
Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Doctor of Pharmacy
degree from the University of Southern California School of Pharmacy.
He completed his PGY1 pharmacy training at Huntington Hospital and is
continuing on to complete his PGY2 in Emergency Medicine. His clinical
interests include emergency medicine, critical care, and toxicology. In
his free time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending
concerts, hiking with his dog, and playing beach volleyball.
